This case study video follows a young patient with a diagnosis of Spina Bifida. Jaxon, age 4, exhibits pronation and excess dorsiflexion. He receives a pair of custom fabricated DAFO FA orthoses. When initially fit with his new DAFOs, it's clear that the dorsiflexion angle of the braces, when worn with shoes, is too aggressive. The braces are remade for an improved outcome.
