Brief Customer Service Closure

Attention DAFO Customers,

We’d like to prepare you for a brief closure of our customer service communications from Monday, June 10th to Wednesday, June 12th.

Cascade DAFO is rolling out some big changes to help us better serve you and our communities! During this time, our phones and emails will be offline as we update our systems. But don’t worry, production will continue as normal, meaning there will be no delays in our delivery times, and all forms and casts sent in via postal services will be received and moved into production as normal.

Being offline does mean that any redos, adjustments, or orders sent in through our eOrdering system, called in, or emailed will be received and queued but will not be responded to between June 10th and June 12th. Instead, we will reach out and respond to these orders after June 13th in the order by which they were received. All orders that have been sent in via postal services will be received and processed as normal.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but rest assured that all communications will be open and back to normal again starting June 13th, when we will have our new and improved system! Once again, this brief closure of communications will not delay or hinder any orders already received, in production, or being received via postal services.
