Cascade’s New Full (90-Day) Warranty

To further help you provide the best bracing solutions for your patients, we’ve updated our warranty for custom DAFOs and prefabricated Fast Fit orthoses from a limited to a full (90-Day) warranty.
What does this mean for you? Cascade now covers the cost of shipping your brace back to us for a redo or adjustment. If Cascade’s customer support team determines that it’s necessary for a brace to come back to our facility, we will email you a UPS label.
