For orders that you place directly, you may request a tracking number for the package that we send out. We ship UPS, FedEx, and USPS both domestic and international. Shipping provider is dependent on the shipping location and/or preference.
If you need a copy of your tracking number and you are the person who placed the order, call us at 800.848.7332 (intl: +1 360 543 9306) or email our customer support department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your full name, facility name, shipping address, and a phone number with your inquiry.
