Yes! All orders can be expedited by selecting the option to rush it in fabrication for an additional $50 or by requesting an expedited shipping method. Please note, some pre-fabricated orders may not be immediately available to ship if stock is unavailable in our warehouse.
Custom orders require digital scans or physical casts with an accompanying completed work order. Fast Fit items can be ordered by submitting a completed order form via email or by calling our customer support team to place the order over the phone.

Yes. Growth changes may require replacement to maintain proper fit and function.
If your order requires optimization requests or becomes damaged and is still within warranty, you may contact us for a remake request via email or by calling our Customer Support Team. However, we can replace straps, pads, or bottom treatment for the lifetime of the orthosis as long as it does not change the functionality of the orthosis. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team for instructions on how to send back an orthosis for an adjustment request.
Most DAFOs are designed to fit inside supportive footwear, though shoe selection may require guidance.

Warranties start 14 days after your order has been shipped out. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team to verify if you order is eligible to be remade under warranty.

Wear time is gradually increased over several days while monitoring skin condition.

DAFOs and Fast Fit devices may safely be worn during pool time, beach time, at splash parks, etc. They should be cleaned and air-dried per our Brace Care Guidelines before being worn again.
Longevity depends on growth, wear patterns, and activity level. For pediatric patients, a DAFO is usually expected to last a year before growth requires recasting.
