Updated Course: Casting and Scanning for DAFOs

Course 3 / Casting for DAFOs has been revised to include lessons on digital scanning in addition to traditional casting. Our updated course—renamed Casting and Scanning for DAFOs—now gives you information on scanning methods, equipment, and electronic ordering. This technology is rapidly evolving and you can count on Cascade Dafo to keep you updated and help you provide your patients with the best possible fit and function in their braces.

Along with casting and scanning techniques, we also share our best tips for working with children, and special tips for casting patients in wheelchairs.

This free online course is approved by ABC (American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, & Pedorthics) for 1.5 Scientific CEUs. Even if you’ve taken the original course in the past, you can take the new course and earn full credit.
