Our new email service alerts you to orders placed on hold, giving you the opportunity to update missing information at the time that works best for you. Orders are placed on hold for a variety of reasons, including:
- Practitioner's request
- Missing purchase order number
- Outdated credit card information
Our timely emails help keep your orders on schedule so your patients can receive their new DAFOs as soon as possible!
