Carbon Fiber Footplate
The Carbon Fiber Footplate provides mild intervention for Idiopathic Toe Walking (ITW). The footplate is light in weight but very sti , and limits toe walking because the toes cannot bend. This combination provides a low level of support that may help with compliance for patients with ITW, compared to the alternative of blocking excess plantarflexion with an AFO design.
